1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Five Oceans garment manufacturing services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Services

Five Oceans provides professional garment manufacturing services including custom clothing production, private label manufacturing, and bulk production. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time.

3. Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We require a deposit to commence production. Full payment terms will be specified in your production agreement. Standard terms are 50% deposit, 50% before shipment.

4. Intellectual Property

We respect intellectual property rights and expect our clients to do the same. You warrant that you have the right to use all designs, logos, and materials you provide to us.

5. Limitation of Liability

Five Oceans shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Five Oceans operates.
